Service Description

Lambda Analytics provides enterprise software products and custom software development services. Lambda Inventory is a barcode-based inventory management application available on iOS. These terms govern your use of our products and services.

User Obligations

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse our services or attempt to access them through unauthorized means.

Subscriptions & Billing

Lambda Inventory offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled per Apple's refund policy. SKU add-ons are billed separately and can be managed within the app.

Limitation of Liability

Lambda Analytics provides its services "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
